2017 PROMAXBDA INDIA AWARDS
Call for Entries opens on 3 JANUARY 2017, Tuesday 12pm (Singapore Time)
Final Deadline for the competition is 10 MARCH 2017, Friday 6pm (Singapore Time)
To qualify for the 2017 Awards, all entries must have been produced for the Indian Market or commissioned by Indian-based companies. All entries must have been broadcasted, published, released or aired within the eligibility period of 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016. The same criteria applies to all printed materials, ad campaigns and websites etc. The entrant can be within or outside of these markets so long the work itself was released or aired in the Indian markets.For the avoidance of doubt, work previously broadcast in another territory and predominately just re-versioned for the India market is NOT eligible.
In the event that any individual category attracts fewer than the minimum number of entries, the organiser reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the category. In this event the participating companies will receive a credit towards future entry fees. No cash refund will be given.
Entries will be judged based on the following judging criteria:
How clearly the message is being communicated, how effective that message is being conveyed and how successfully its obejctives are being met in the entry.
How does the entry compare with similar promotional items, displays, print ads, spots or campaigns with regard to originality of concept?
* For non-english entries, we highly recommend you to include English sub-titles, failing which, judges have the right to penalize or disqualify at their discretion.
* When submitting your entries, we highly recommend you to name each video/pdf clearly to avoid any confusion, especially for campaign entries with multiple submission spots.

PROMOTION & MARKETING CATEGORIES
The PromaxBDA promotion and marketing categories for India have been designed for the submission of the best work in promotion and marketing for electronic media from any company or individual whose work was aired or otherwise released in the Indian markets during the eligibility period. The entrant can be within or outside of these markets so long that the work itself was released or aired in the Indian markets.
The following categories will be judged on message effectiveness and its overall creativity.
IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO KNOW:
*In the event that any individual category attracts fewer than 10 entries or less than submitting companies, the organiser reserves the right to withdraw that category from the competition. In this event, the participating companies will receive a credit towards future entry fees. No cash refund will be given.
*PromaxBDA will not be responsible for the holding of any materials submitted after the awards period has ended. Such materials will not be returned. All submissions become the property of PromaxBDA to be used at their discretion.
*ALL relevant permissions and copyrights are assumed to be cleared by the entrant.
*The organisers reserve the right to add, subtract, amend or otherwise revise any category during the course of the competition. Notice and updates of revisions will be posted on our website.
